Temporary Monthly Advisory is a separate retainer. Both are limited to their agreed decision scope and neither transfers ongoing ownership of the technology function.

No public starting price, range or standard package is published for Fractional CTO or Embedded CTO. Each leadership engagement is custom-scoped around the ownership, involvement, decision load and availability the business requires. Prices shown elsewhere on this page are for separate offerings and should not be used to estimate, infer or compare the fee for either CTO role.
Qualifying 12-month engagements may include our 90-Day Confidence Commitment. The applicable signed engagement terms determine whether it applies.
Review Fractional CTO & Technology LeadershipThe ₹75,000 starting price applies only to the Systems Health Check. The ₹60,000 price is for one separately scoped block of advisory hours or days and is not a monthly service. Temporary Monthly Advisory is a separate defined-decision service.
Post-Diagnosis Execution
When diagnosis reveals work that your team cannot handle, we can stay involved. Scope and pricing are determined by diagnostic findings, not broad briefs.

Typical post-diagnosis projects range from ₹75,000 to ₹5,00,000+ depending on scope and complexity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, Temporary Monthly Advisory payments can be split. For project work, we typically require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Defined Advisory Support is priced as a separate scoped engagement. Terms for work outside these published offers are agreed only after the scope is defined.
What currencies do you accept?
We invoice in INR. International clients can pay in USD, GBP, EUR or other currencies via international cards, Wise or bank transfer.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Defined Advisory Support is one separately scoped engagement with no monthly commitment. For Temporary Monthly Advisory retainers, we recommend a 3-month minimum to see meaningful results. One-off engagements such as the Systems Health Check have no minimum.
Can you quote implementation before diagnosis?
Not usually. Implementation pricing is based on diagnostic findings, because the useful fix may be smaller, larger or different from the original brief.
