How we deliver digital advisory, diagnostic findings, written reports, and agreed implementation deliverables.

Digital Delivery

Emizhi Digital provides advisory, diagnostic, and digital service deliverables electronically. There are no physical products to ship.

1. Delivery Methods

  • Diagnostic reports and summaries: Delivered by email, secure shared storage, or an agreed collaboration workspace
  • Advisory sessions: Delivered through online meetings, written notes, decision memos, or leadership summaries as agreed
  • Booking confirmations: Sent through the relevant booking or payment platform where applicable
  • Selective implementation assets: Delivered through GitHub, GitLab, secure file transfer, or the client's approved environment when the engagement includes implementation

2. Delivery Timelines

Systems Health Check

Initial findings are typically delivered within one week, subject to scope and access.

Advisory Engagements

Delivery cadence is defined in the engagement scope, usually through scheduled sessions and agreed written outputs.

Selective Implementation

Timelines are scoped after diagnosis and depend on access, dependencies, third-party systems, and agreed milestones.

3. Milestone Deliveries

Where an engagement includes phased delivery, milestones may include:

  1. Diagnostic scope confirmation and access collection
  2. Evidence review, stakeholder discussion, and systems analysis
  3. Findings, decision memo, or roadmap delivery
  4. Leadership debrief or advisory session
  5. Implementation handover or documentation when included in scope

4. Access & Credentials

Where implementation work creates or modifies client-controlled assets, access and credentials are transferred through agreed secure channels. We do not request or retain unnecessary access after an engagement ends.
